কাশ্মীরে পুলিশকর্মীদের সাত আত্মীয়কে অপহরণ সন্ত্রাসবাদীদের

শ্রীনগরঃ এবার কাশ্মীরে পুলিশকর্মীদের ওপর চাপ তৈরি করতে অপহরণের রাস্তায় সন্ত্রাসবাদীরা। গতকাল রাত থেকে দক্ষিণ কাশ্মীরের নানা জায়গা থেকে পুলিশকর্মীদের সাতজন আত্মীয়কে তুলে নিয়ে গিয়েছে তারা। কাশ্মীর পুলিশের তরফে এ ব্যাপারে কোনও সরকারিভাবে কিছু জানানো হয়নি, শুধু বলা হয়েছে, অপহরণের খবর সম্পর্কে তারা খোঁজখবর করছে। তবে এ ব্যাপারে ওয়াকিবহাল সূত্রের দাবি, এমন অন্তত সাতজনকে গতকাল রাতে সোপিয়ান, কুলগাম, অনন্তনাগ ও অবন্তিপোরা থেকে জঙ্গিরা অপহরণ করেছে যাদের পরিবারের কেউ না কেউ পুলিশে চাকরি করেন। এনআইএর হাতে হিজবুল মুজাহিদিন জঙ্গি সংগঠনের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সৈয়দ সালাহউদ্দিনের পুত্র শাহিনের গ্রেফতারির দিনই হল এই অপহরণ। এক পুলিশকর্তা বলেন, সোপিয়ানের ত্রেঞ্জ এলাকা থেকে এক ডিএসপির Militants kidnapped the nephew of a deputy superintendent of police from Trenz area in Shopian district, a police official said. Adnan Ahmad Shah (26) was abducted by militants from his home late last night, the official said. In another incident, son of a police officer was kidnapped by the ultras from his home in Wathoo village of Shopian, he said. Yasir Bhat, whose father is presently in Hajj pilgrimage, was also kidnapped late last night. The official did not divulge the details of other abductions. Militants also threatened to set afire the family home of a constable at Berthipora in Shopian, he added. In a related development, kin of a policeman, who was abducted from Ganderbal district in central Kashmir, was released after being mercilessly beaten up by militants. PTI MIJ RCJ
