OnePlus 6T Latest Updates

OnePlus has launched the OxygenOS 9.0.6 update for the unlocked OnePlus 6T, the company announced on its forum yesterday (November 21). This OTA update improves standby power consumption, delivers an “improved unlocking experience,” and offers general bug fixes.

The OxygenOS 9.0.6 update also fixes an issue related to missing notifications from the Play Store, resolves an issue with adding an APN on Verizon, and tweaks image processing for the camera. The company confirmed that this was a staged rollout, starting with a limited number of users before gradually opening up to more people in the coming days.

The unlocked update comes after T-Mobile launched its first OnePlus 6T update on November 17. The update, carrying build number A6013_34_181029, improves the Nightscape camera mode, tweaks the in-display fingerprint sensor algorithm, and adds the November security patch.

At this early juncture, it looks like T-Mobile updates might follow two-to-three weeks behind the unlocked ones. Consult the table below to see the latest available OxygenOS versions for the unlocked and T-Mobile variants:
