Deal: Get the Razer Phone 2 from Best Buy for $650 ($150 off)

Deal on the Razer Phone 2.

Given its October launch, it’s rare to see price drops for the Razer Phone 2. That said, Best Buy recently discounted Razer’s latest flagship smartphone to $649.99. That is a savings of $150 and the lowest price we have seen so far.

The only caveat with this deal is that you must activate the Razer Phone 2 on Verizon, Sprint, or AT&T. Even though the Razer Phone 2 works on T-Mobile, Best Buy doesn’t allow for activations with the carrier.

Even if you don’t activate it on a network, the Razer Phone 2 still goes for $699.99. That extra $50 would be nice to have in your pocket, however.

Editor's Pick

If you pick up the Razer Phone 2, you’ll get one of the best gaming smartphones available. To recap, the Razer Phone 2 features a 5.72-inch IPS display with Quad HD resolution, dual rear 12-megapixel cameras, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 processor, 8GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, a 4,000mAh battery, and Android 8.1 Oreo.

The two very loud front-facing stereo speakers somewhat make up for the omission of a headphone jack. The more impressive feature, however, is the display’s support for 90Hz and 120Hz refresh rates. The refresh rates allow for very smooth software navigation and gameplay.
